Our Cleansing / Fasting continue;

Now on day 12 of the 30 day program, and day 2 of our 4 days complete fasting.

Top weight for Olle during the Christmas indulgence was just over 88 kilos. This morning the scale indicated a weight of 83.8 only.

Connie also put on a bit, and she reached 68.1 kg as a top, and today was down to 65.0 – excellent.
(Bearing in mind that this is a cleansing program, not weight loss efforts at all.)

We also tested the energy today with a 90 minute session at the Miami Fitness Gym, very good energy with a 30 minute hard aerobic session and then several weight exercises.

The 30 day program we’re doing here is a self composed regimen here at Mudgeeraba HilltOnZ. Integrating in this we’re doing a fasting concept by Don and Tyler Tolman’s the Pulse program, 4 day fast / colon cleanse, followed by 10 days of the Pulse food.

Starting with 4 days fasting colons cleanse, all intakes are a ‘wired’ looking mix of seeds in a slimy liquid. This concoction is supposed to be taken every second hour during the day, total of 5 – 6 times per day. In addition we are supposed to drink 1 litre of water in between every ‘seed mix shot.

Following the cleansing we have a 10 day raw vegan program, any food and vegetables you like, and as a energy boosting supplement you eat “Pulse”  (See the bible, Daniel 1:8-14).

“Pulse” is a mix of Fruits, Vegetables, seeds, nuts and other wonderful stuff provided by Mother Nature, and it taste very nice actually.
