Geeee, now it’s already a month since my last correspondence regarding the health weekend.

I remember that I, quite harshly, found the root of old problems to be ignorance, or lack of sufficient knowledge of preventive health. This is definitely a fact, and therefore, they cannot be any proper health without education.

Unfortunately though, the sickness industry, as well as our doctors, know very well that their livelihood, their well-being is totally dependable on the ignorance and sickness of the general public.

Consequently;

Part one of the weekend; EDUCATION

We have only two possible problems with the body;
    either you have too much toxins in there.
    or, you are deficient in some vitamin, nutrient or fibres.

Who will do we choose as an advisor and teacher regarding our health?
Maybe Doctor?
Well, isn’t it a fact that the doctor have spent more than 98% of his education focusing on disease?

Isn’t it a fact that your doctors livelihood depends on you being sick?

What about the doctor who send home his patients to do a juice fasting, and then three months of vegetarian cleansing diet? Wouldn’t he soon be out of a job, or be out of business?

It is very easy to be too busy, too busy to read that book about health, too busy to educate yourself - and it’s very easy to leave those health issues in somebody else’s hands.

May I suggest Kerry, that for a health weekend we set up a program and run a video / DVD on the screen every three hours;  8:00 Am, 11:00 Am, 2:00 Pm and 5:00.
(While 2h 30min, or 2h 45min would allow us to avoid happy hour time.)

Not everyone, or even anyone, would sit down and watch a video every 2 ½ - 3 hours, but everyone would be able to choose their preferred videos and select the once they want to see. And we could also double run the videos, one screening on Saturday morning, and another one on Sunday afternoon.

We might need to put down some work on a movie menu, good descriptions and some images on the videos we will display. We can also make video copies available, thus people can watch them briefly, and take home a copy for more thorough watching.
(We don’t sell video copies, but we might charge a small fee for material and handling.)
